Call Screen
Screened caller(s) will not be able to access your voicemail answering service and your home phone will not ring when they call
*60Call Screening is initially disabled

  • Press 1 to activate Call Screening While Active:
  • Press 1 to disable Call Screening
  • Press 2 to list all Call Screened numbers
  • Press 3 to add a number to Call Screen
  • Press 4 to remove a number from Call Screening
  • Press 5 to add the last incoming call to the list
Call ID Block
When used, the party called will not be able to see your caller ID
*67After the tone, enter the desired phone number to call followed by “#” – the number will then be dialed

View and autodial the last number that called you

Call Forward Enable
Forward your calls to another phone number
*72After the tone, enter the desired phone number to forward your calls to, followed by “#”

Speed Dial Menu#0Add an entry by selecting a number from 1 to 9 to store a phone number, followed by “#”

  • Press 2 to review your entries
  • Press 3 to delete an entry
Speed Dial#1-9Press the desired number to dial the stored phone
number – the number will be automatically dialed
Follow Me
This feature allows a caller to be forwarded to additional phone numbers (up to 3) if you do not answer. The caller will be forwarded to the next phone number listed in sequence – if all phone numbers fail to answer, the caller will be forwarded to the voicemail service

  • Press 1 to activate Follow Me While Active:
  • Press 1 to disable Follow Me
  • Press 2 to list the Follow Me phone numbers
  • Press 3 to add a Follow Me phone number
  • Press 4 to delete a Follow Me phone number

Set Number of Rings*97Set how long in seconds you would like the home
phone to ring before sending the caller to the voicemail
answering service. The maximum is 60 seconds, and the
minimum is 5 seconds.
Do Not Disturb
When active, all calls will immediately go to the voicemail answering service

  • Press 1 to deactivate Do Not Disturb

Voicemail
The default PIN is the last 4 digits of your home phone number. To remotely access your voicemail service, dial your home phone number and press * when you hear the voicemail greeting.Note: PIN must be changed from default to access voicemail service remotely. You will be prompted to change your voicemail password upon your first use

    • Press 2 to record your name
      • Press 1 to listen to recording
      • Press 4 to re-record
      • Press * to go to previous menu
    • Press 3 to record a greeting
      • Press 1 to listen to current greeting
      • Press 2 to record new greeting
        • Press 1 to listen to recording
        • Press 2 to save and set as active greeting
        • Press 4 to re-record
        • Press * to go to previous menu
    • Press 4 to edit message review options
      • Press 1 to change date review
      • You will hear the current settings
      • Press 1 to activate/disable
      • Press * to go to previous menu
